Refund policy
We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under our voluntary returns policy.
To be eligible for a return under this voluntary policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Faulty Items and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and the goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods in certain circumstances.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned under our voluntary returns policy, including:

perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants;

custom products, such as special orders or personalised items;

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return under our voluntary 30-day return policy unless they are faulty or return is otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK Consumer Cancellation Rights for Distance Sales
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and you bought goods online, by mail order, or by phone, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, for any reason and without giving a reason.
Once you have told us that you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
When exercising your legal right to cancel, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, if the value of the goods is reduced because they have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect that loss in value.
This cancellation right does not apply to certain exempt items, including personalised goods, perishable goods, and sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
For returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days, although it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
If you are exercising your legal cancellation rights as a UK consumer, any refund due will be made within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods back, or, if earlier, within 14 days of the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back to us.
