This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products offered on the website https://nivumo.com, managed by Nivumo, with contact details contact@nivumo.com and 646021414. By placing an order through our store, you accept the terms detailed below.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
In the event of lack of stock or any issue during preparation, the customer will be notified via the email address provided.
2. Shipping methods, areas and delivery times
We ship to Spain and the United States.
Available shipping methods:
Standard shipping: between 6 and 18 days.
The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external causes, such as logistics operations, customs, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond Nivumo’s control.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout before completing the purchase.
The shipping cost is $4.99 for orders equal to or below $25.
Shipping will be free for orders over $25.
4. Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.
If you do not receive shipping information within 35 days, please contact contact@nivumo.com.
5. Deliveries and addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery was not possible, reshipping will be subject to payment of the new shipping costs.
The address may only be modified once the purchase has been made and always before the order has been shipped. For changes before dispatch, please write to contact@nivumo.com as soon as possible.
6. International shipping and customs
We offer international shipping to Spain and the United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, determined by the customs authority of the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are not the responsibility of the customer.
Customs procedures may add additional time to the estimated transit period.
7. Delayed, lost packages or transport issues
If you notice an unusual delay or the tracking does not update within a reasonable period of time, contact us at contact@nivumo.com with your order number, photos of the package and all available information so that we can request traceability from the carrier.
In the event of a loss confirmed by the logistics operator, we will manage the issue with the carrier and inform you of the next steps.
8.Receipt and inspection
We recommend inspecting the outside of the package at the time of delivery.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, record this on the carrier’s delivery note and document the issue with photographs of the package and label.

9. Cancellation before shipping
It is not possible to cancel the order before shipping once the purchase has been confirmed.
